- OpReady does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or make clinical decisions.
- The treating physician retains full responsibility for patient care and all clinical decisions.
- AI outputs may contain errors or omissions. Always verify against primary clinical sources.
3. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
By using OpReady, you represent that:
- You are a licensed healthcare professional or an authorized representative of a healthcare organization.
- You have the legal authority to enter patient data into the system.
- You will use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with applicable healthcare regulations.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate pre-operative patient screening.
- Enter false, misleading, or fabricated patient data.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
- Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service.
- Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws, including healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
5. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
Your Data
You retain ownership of all patient data you enter into OpReady. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our Platform
The Service, including its AI models, algorithms, design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of OpReady. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.
AI-Generated Content
Assessment reports and risk analyses generated by our AI are provided as part of the Service. You may use these outputs in your clinical workflow, but they remain subject to these Terms.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including patient health information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
- We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
- We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or errors in the Service.
- OpReady should never be used as the sole source of clinical decision-making in emergency situations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- OpReady is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that AI-generated assessments are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular clinical scenario.
- In no event shall OpReady, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or clinical outcomes arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpReady and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any clinical decisions made using information provided by the Service.
10. Termination & Cancellation
- You may stop using the Service at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees.
- Upon termination, we will retain your data for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data retention laws.

11. Modifications to Terms
